Sheets
How are the sheet and pillowcase sets bundled?
Our sheet sets come with one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases. The Twin, Twin XL, Full, and Queen sizes are bundled with standard sized pillowcases, while the King and Cal King sets come with King pillowcases.
Is it possible to purchase items individually or mix and match items?
Currently, we are unable to offer the option to purchase items individually or custom mixes in size or design.
Which standard sizes do you use for your products?
We use standard US sizing for all our bedding products. You can find the full size guide (all dimensions in inches).

Where are your sheets made?
Our products are all manufactured at the best textile factories in Punjab, Pakistan, following the latest standards of the industry blended with thousands of years of tradition.
What does it mean that your sheets are OEKO-TEX certified? Are they organic?
The OEKO-TEX certification essentially ensures that products do not contain and do not use any harmful substances or chemicals which are prohibited or regulated by law. It also refers to precautionary testing for color fading and acidity, which guarantees that products are not injurious to health at any stage of production. All our products are certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
Our sheets and pillowcases are not organic; however, we take care not to use any harmful substances or harsh chemical additives during production and finishing.
How deep are the pockets on your fitted sheets?
All our fitted sheets are fully elastic all the way around with deep sixteen inch pockets for all mattress sizes.
What is the best way to wash my sheets?
For the best result wash your sheets on a cool gentle cycle with a mild liquid detergent and with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. If you can, line dry to best preserve the fibers and elasticity of the fabric. If you use a dryer, choose a low-heat, low-tumble cycle and remove promptly. You can iron on low heat as desired.
Why are my sheets wrinkling?
Because we don’t use artificial anti-wrinkle chemicals in our products, you might find that our sheets wrinkle more than you are used to. However, with each wash you will find that the sheets’ natural wrinkle diminishes. Line drying your sheets or removing quickly from the dryer (5 minutes before the end of the cycle) will help keep them more wrinkle-free.
Where are my pillowcases?
Make sure you unpack and unfold the entire set as we generally fold our pillowcases inside the other sheets. If for some reason we made a mistake in packing, email us at help@villacotton.com right away and we’ll get you your pillowcases in short order.
Do you have swatches or samples you could send?
We do not currently send samples; however, remember we do have a 365-day return policy that you can use if you are not completely satisfied with the quality or feel of your sheets (just note that items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for returns). Duvet Covers
How do I wash my duvet covers?
For best results, after removing the duvet from inside, you can wash the cover on a cool or warm cycle with a soft liquid detergent. If you can, line dry to best preserve the fibers and elasticity of the fabric. If you use a dryer, choose a low-heat, low-tumble cycle and remove promptly. You can iron on low heat as desired.

Comforters
What are your comforters filled with?
Our comforters are filled with 100% polyester, which is washable and hypoallergenic.
How do I wash my comforter?
For the best result wash your comforter and shams on a cool gentle cycle with a mild liquid detergent and with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. If you can, line dry to best preserve the fibers and elasticity of the fabric. If you use a dryer, choose a low-heat, low-tumble cycle and remove promptly. You can iron on low heat as desired. Use large capacity commercial washer and dryer for your comforter.
For a more thorough cleaning, all our comforters can be dry cleaned as often as needed with no negative effects.

Orders
I confirmed my order but want to change an item. Can I change my order?
Once the order has been placed and payment confirmed, we are not able to accommodate changes to that order. However, you always have the option to return the items in the order you wish to change and place a new order. We cover shipping for domestic returns, and you can choose to be refunded either in the original form of payment or in store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been placed and payment confirmed, we are not able to cancel that order. However, if you’ve changed your mind and no longer want those items, you can start the return process as soon as the order is marked as shipped. We cover shipping for domestic returns, and you can choose to be refunded either in the original form of payment or in store credit.
What are the taxes that are added on my order?
Recent legislation in certain states mandate taxes on online orders. This depends solely on the state and is applied individually. There are some other taxes, such as State Tax, County Tax, City/Municipal Tax, or Special Tax, which are mandated by state or local governments, and they are determined automatically by your shipping address.
We know it’s frustrating to have to pay extra charges. Please note that we work hard to provide the highest quality products at an affordable price and these taxes are mandated by the state or local governments, which means we have no control over them.
Is there any option for a wedding registry on your site?
We don’t currently have a registry on our site, but it’s something we’re looking to roll out in the future!
If a product I want is sold out, what should I do?
Generally we will always list a projected restock date if we have it and you will be able to find it on the product page. If there is no date listed, we don’t have a projected restock date. Normally our essential designs will be restocked as soon as possible. If you aren’t sure about a product and its restock date, feel free to get in touch with us!
Can I use multiple forms of payment on my purchase, such as a gift card as well as a credit/debit card?
Yes, you can use a gift card as well as a credit/debit card. If you have any questions about how to make your purchase, please feel free to reach out to us at help@villacotton.com
Do you offer special gift wrapping?
Our sheet sets and duvet cover sets come in our custom designed boxes, which you can find out more about them at product pages. It makes excellent gift wrapping for any occasion, and there are no prices in the box. Any billing information will be directly communicated via email as per the address and email provided at checkout.
All our boxes come with a thank you note.
Promotions
Do you have a loyalty or frequent buyer program?
We don’t currently have a loyalty reward program, but it’s something we’re looking to roll out in the near future!
Can I use multiple promo codes on my order?
We only accept one promo code per order, which includes site-wide promotions and individual promo codes. Note that items which are Final Sale are not applicable for promo codes.
Can I apply a promo code after the order is placed?
We know that sometimes you forget to add a code, or you might see a special sale running just after making a purchase. If you have a valid code and no other promo code was added to the order, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to sort it out. Likewise, we will happily match the event price on any order that is placed within 14 of the active promotion. Send us an email at help@villacotton.com with your order number and we’ll adjust the final purchase.
I’m having trouble adding a promo code, what do I do?
Some promo codes have restrictions, such as on Final Sale or limited edition items. We only accept one promo code per order. If none of these things applies and you’re still having issues, contact us at help@villacotton.com and we’ll get it sorted out!
Shipping
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We ship with UPS, FedEx and USPS.
What if I have specific delivery instructions?
We don't currently have any specific delivery instructions option, but it's something we're looking to roll out in the near future!
What do I do if the order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
The first step is to verify that the shipping address on your order is correct. If so, make sure to check any possible location where the delivery might have been dropped off, and check that no one else in your home or office accepted the delivery on your behalf.
It is possible that packages are marked as delivered but the shipping carrier hasn’t completed the delivery yet. If the package has still not arrived 3 business days after listed delivery date, get in touch with us at help@villacotton.com and we’ll sort it out!
Please note that we require lost packages to be reported within 14 days of the listed delivery date.
Are you able to ship to P.O. boxes?
We are not currently able to ship to P.O. boxes, but it’s something we’re looking to roll out in the near future!
One of my items is backordered. Will you ship the other items separately?
Generally we only ship orders which are complete, so we would ship the order when the backordered item is back in stock. However, if you need the other items urgently, get in touch with us at help@villacotton.com and we’ll see if we can find a solution!
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
We do our best to ship our orders as quickly as possible. Processing and shipping times generally depend on the items you have ordered. We cannot guarantee a timeline; however, if you are concerned about the shipping time, please be in touch with us at help@villacotton.com and we’ll sort it out!
Returns / Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products, and stand by that commitment. We work hard to make our products as comfortable as they are beautiful, and with an affordable price.
If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for items purchased on our site within 60 days. Shipping fees for domestic returns are covered, and we offer refunds in the original form of payment or store credit. If the original form of payment is no longer available, we will automatically grant the refund as store credit.
Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns. If any product purchased on final sale has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us and we’ll sort it out!

What is your exchange policy?
We are not currently offering exchanges for items purchased directly on our site. We suggest returning the original items you want to exchange and then start a new order. You can make a return by visiting the returns page or contacting us directly.
Please note, some items, such as those listed as Final Sale, may not be eligible for returns.
If the original order was placed with a promotion and the item is the same bundle (such as a Comforter Set or Duvet Cover Set), we will match the promo price in your new order. Once you place the new order, send us an email with both order numbers and we’ll sort it out.

How do I start a return?

If I want to return an item, do you cover shipping?
We cover shipping fees for domestic returns - we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. We don't currently ship internationally.
If I bought your product on Amazon, can I still return it?
Our 60 day return policy only applies to products directly purchased through our website. Products purchased through Amazon are subject to their own return guidelines. Generally Amazon offers a 30 day window for returns but we cannot guarantee returns through a third party site.
If I’ve already washed an item, can I still return it?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for some reason you decide our products just aren’t for you within the 60 day return window, we will accept returns in any condition.
We donate used or washed items to ensure they don’t go to waste.

What do I do if a product is damaged or defective?
We are proud of our production values and do our best to ensure that every product that leaves our warehouse is in perfect condition. However, if we made a mistake, we will gladly work with you to find a solution. Get in touch with us via email, phone, or Live Chat to get started.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, most products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days.
