Our comforters are unique for a number of reasons. First, we ensure that the material itself is the highest possible quality, using only long-staple cotton and single-ply yarn with a 300 thread count for the softest, strongest result possible. Our comforter sets are all made with the traditional Cotton Percale weave, which is a one-over one-under pattern that creates a light, breathable fabric that feels crisp and cool to the touch.
We fill our comforters with 100% polyester. It’s easier to wash and maintain than a down comforter, as well as being animal-product free. Polyester comforters retain their initial fluffiness for years to come, and they’re also much better for people with allergies.
Perhaps the thing we are most proud of with our comforters, however, is the designs. We create designs in our studio in Como, Italy, to provide the original hand-painted designs, which are then transferred into high resolution digital copies. We use the latest technology in digital printing to transfer the designs onto our material, which allows us to maintain the original magic and charm of the artist’s strokes as well as keeping our prices affordable. We offer a range of designs, from abstract to lifelike, monochrome to colorful. What they all have in common is their artistic detail.
